RECIPE MUSTARD
50g of mustard powder, pour 3 table spoons of boiling water and stir well.
0.5 cups hot water pour into the mustard. Not stirring, leave for 10-12 hours. Drain excess water, stir and add:
2 tablespoon vegetable oil;
1 tablespoon of sugar;
0,5 teaspoons of salt;
2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Mix well, put in a jar, close tightly and store in the refrigerator.
